System interventions with impact: the new elderly care (SINO)

The rapidly ageing population calls for a radically different approach to organising care for the elderly. This project (known as SINO) aims to contribute to a future-proof system of care for the elderly through interventions in the current care system and design-based research.

ESMEE: Enabling Societal Missions through Entrepreneurial Ecosystems

ESMEE strengthens regional entrepreneurial ecosystems to foster sustainable entrepreneurship. Using big data, systemic analysis and co-design, we develop insights, dashboards and roadmaps that support mission-driven innovation in regions, with a focus on the energy transition, sustainability and the agri-food sector.

Active Inclusive Design (AID)

In the Active Inclusive Design (AID) project, nine SME design agencies with a wealth of diverse experience in inclusive design joined forces with researchers, lecturers and experts by experience in a learning community to seek answers to the question: how can the capacity for inclusive design among (future) designers be strengthened in their professional practice?
