The Students as Partners Radar provides language and structure for partnership in educational contexts. But partnering – an combination of partnership and participation – comes in many forms, in a variety of societal fields. During this ESCalator, we will explore how this existing radar can be rethought together and developed into a widely applicable Partnicipation Method.
With a systemic view and examples from other sectors, we will examine: what forms of partnering become visible? What dynamics and relationships in the undercurrent (‘onderstroom’) often remain unnamed? And how can a visual and dialogical tool such as the radar help to make this collaboration discussable and meaningful?
Learning question: How can we redesign the Students as Partners Radar into a Participation Radar that makes co-creation and shared ownership visible and discussable in various social practices?
